-18500 calendar sync issue

Does anyone know what this error code means, the issue I have is with
syncing up to the exchange server all my calendar items. I can receive
items fine but creating calendar envents in entourage and syncing them up to
the exchange server seems to create this issue and generates this error code

It's not on:
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/error/number.html

Google told me it was a generic "exchange communication error". Nothing
beyond that :-\

Could somethign be wrong with the exchange server?? Is it up to date for
instance??
