I am printing ppt handouts from 3 separate files because they are very large.
I want the handouts to number sequentially. I don't want each set to start
with number 1. Can I manipulate the page numbers for set 2 and 3?

Unfortunately, page numbering on handouts is woefully inadequate in PPT.
There's no way to specify the start page for the 2nd and 3rd sets.

You might want to try File|Send to|Word, though, as you can then use Word's
superior page numbering features. Or you could try Handout Wizard
