many thanks but I am unable to find the email address to 'move to' in rules.
it only references a generic 'inbox and does not offer any actual email

You need to give more info on the original query and what aspect of whatever
help you received doesn't work - there are lots of posts from 'anonymous'
here, and we can't look through them all!
