2 contact entries under Offline Address Book

I notice that there are two entries called 'Contacts' under Offline Address
Book. I can add new contacts to one of them; the other one whenever I select
it a message appears saying that the folder associated with it had been
deleted and its contents cannot be displayed. I tried to delete this defunct
Contacts entry with no avail. Is there any way to get rid of this? Thanks!

Easiest way to solve this is to remove the Outlook Address Book service from
the profile, restart Outlook, then add it back in.
