2 gigabytes of mail on my personal home computer

i receive about 100 pcs of mail a day on my personal computer at home. todate
after three years, i have about 2gb and my computer is beginning to run
slowly under outlook. what should i do? will archiving reduce my .pst file?
how can i make my 2003 outlook run faster.

Welll for starters, how about deleting some of that crap?
