Immediately upon boot-up Outlook starts up. This is a laptop and frequently
I boot-up without an internet connection. Outlook is not needed or wanted
under these conditions.

Hyperlinks embedded in e-mail and the like don't work in my browers any
longer. There is no reaction at all.

How can I change the above behavior in Outlook?
