2 Problems with MS Entourage X and MS Exchage Server

Two problems:

1.) MS Entourage X will not send messages to anybody outside of the
establishment (in this case school) that doesn't have the same email
name (IE [email protected], [email protected]).

2.) MS Entourage X will not recognize a group name (such as
administration faculty).

As stated in the subject, Entourage is running on a MS Exchange
Server. I'm able to send/receive mail, and view the network calendar.
ALL CURRENT OFFICE X UPDATES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.

If you can offer help, or any suggestions, please do so. Thanks!

Do you get a particular error message or bounced email when you try to send
a message to someone outside the building?

Try typing in "administration facility" into the "TO" field and press
"Command-Shift-C" - see if it resolves the name.

That requires that the LDAP infos are entered properly in the settings.
Is LDAP properly configured for this account ???
