2003 - Disabling preview of Junk E-mail folder

Can you disable the preview pane of the Junk E-mail folder in 2003? I
notice you can't 'organize' that folder.

In 2002, it would remember per folder whether or not you had preview on/off.

No. The reading pane is global, not per folder.
