2003 never completes sync with Exchange

Hi,
Upgraded Office to 03. Now Outlook Send/Receive details
indicates attempts to Sync with Exchange in 2 areas; "sent
items" & "hierarchy" never completes. Progress meter sits
at 90% & "10 seconds remaining" all day.

close outlook, rename or delete the *.ost and let OL make a new one. (the
ost is at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook)
