2003 -RPC over HTTP option not available on Outlook 2003 client

I have the full office system 2003 install, however in
the connections setting on profile, I do not have the
option displayed to connect to exchange over http.
Thoughts?

1) you need exchange 2003 in the profile
2) you need the hotfix for winxp. it will not work on win2k
