2004 Entourage Conduit Summary

Reading the many posts for the past 2 or 3 weeks I will summarize the
following symptons people are experiencing (which I also have).

1. Entourage 2004 conduit is installed (not the old conduit, but the
new one which comes with 2004)
2. The conduit shows up in the conduit settings pane
3. You can NOT double click the Entourage Conduit, nor can you click
on it once and then click the conduit settings link. Nothing happens.
Other conduits can be edited.
4. It must not be single / multiple user related. I've seen both
cases made
5. It does not appear to be a permissions related issue. I've
verified permissions on the conduit.
6. Intermittently the settings can be edited. I could do it one time
and have not been able to do it since.
7. It is not affecting all users.

Is there anyone who has found the solution to this problem .... How do
you edit the conduit settings in HotSync Manager using the 2004
Entourage Conduit. Does anyone know what the problem is??

Can you take a look at the e-mail I posted below (as a response to
bongoman) and thoughts or strings you can point me to...or is this the same
problem everyone is having? Basically, after about 1-2 minutes of syncing
the a message appears saying "The Application Conduit Manager has
terminated unexpectedly" and the data is not synced. This only happens
under my wife's login, mine is fine.
