2004: How zoom+ view of received small-font html newsletters?

In Entourage Email 2004, is there any way to change the view of incoming
html newsletters so that the text font appears larger (and still retain the
ability to click on links)?

Is there a way to eliminate the print preview page which shows up before
being able to print in Entourage X?

No, the only way to avoid it is to use the Print One Copy command. However,
it might interest you that Entourage 2004 doesn't have the preview screen.
Instead, the Print command shows the OS X print dialog with a preview
built-in.
