2004 What version Exchange server 5.5

Does it work with exchange server 5.5?? Any complaints... We're looking at
updating our macs. We've been using Mail and Imap accounts but would like
to use Entourage with exchange connections.

I just can't get it to sync with our server though.

You won't.

E2004 (and EvX SR1) require Exchange server 2000 as a minimum requirement.
E2004 uses webDav to sync with exchange, which wasn't available in 5.5, so
the best you can do is use exchange as an IMAP server and access your mail
that way.

That was what I figured. We have been using IMAP but would like to get the
calendaring working. Thanks for the help.
