I'm new to this, so I could use some help...

What is the trigger to sync or refresh between computers? It seems to take
forever.

Is there any way to get a notification when a task is completed by another
user?

Is there any way to date mark mark when a task was marked complete?

Any way to show a preview pane for tasks? Details could get lost by those
who don't double click!

Any time table or at least a promise that by the end of this decade we'll
see this functionality with Exchange added? I've waited very patiently for
over 4 years. I would have settled for an unstable program with basic
capabilities, than a stable crippled program. Seriously, any light at the
end of the tunnel? Enough of my ranting, but god - 4 miserable years.

OK, I'll stop. Any help would be much appreciated.

When a file is modified on your computer, Spotlight is notified that such a
change occurred. Spotlight keeps track of all these changes and will, at
some point, begin the process of extracting metadata from the modified
files. The time frame for which it begins to extract metadata may vary.
Apple cleverly designed Spotlight to only extract metadata at times in which
it wouldn't interfere with your ongoing use of the computer.

Completed Date should show in the column view using 3 pane view.

No, this is a feature often requested.

First, please keep in mind that these newsgroups are peer-to-peer. There
isn't much we can do. I do sympathize with your sentiments. The best way is
to send any feedback to Microsoft .

When working in Office, you can use the ³Send Feedback² option under the
Help menu in all of the Office applications.
