I am able to recieve email on this machine. This error
message comes up when i try to send email error 0x800ccc13
(smtp server error). I am running 2000 outlook with IE
6.0 on a windows 2000 pro machine. The knowledge base
article refences this error message to OL2002 and that I'm
running Outlook Express. I have re-installed tcp/ip.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
