250 events in outbox, 120 remain and I can't delete them

While using Send Personally by MAPI Lab we attempted to send 250 events.
Most were sent but 120 remain and we can't send or delete them. But, we are
able to send emails even though the 120 remain with the mail icon running as
if they were being sent. The counter does not change and they still appear
when the outbox is selected.
Any help will be appreciated.
