2K vs. '03

Waiting (im)patiently for my trial version of Office 2003 from MS. Hoping that I can finally dump my ACT!6.0 that claims it works to send/receive email, but falls WAYYYY short. Anyone had any expeience with '03 and it's capabilities in the new CRM area?
