OfficeTeam Temporary Employment Agency offered me a chance to use SmartForce,
a teaching program, using MS Office programs. But I can not afford to buy MS
Office until I get a job. A catch-22 situation.
If I could use a 3-month trial version of "MS Office for students and
teachers edition", I could learn the skills I so badly need in my job search.

Have you tried downloading the trial version of Office Professional? I
believe the Professional version is a 90 day trial.
