-3260 Error in Entourage w/hotmail

I am unable to connect to hotmail on my PowerBook. I get an error -3260 when
trying to retrieve the folder list. I have no idea when it happened. I have
not had the same problem on my desktop. I have tried the following:

Deleted the account
Repaired my database
Updated again to 10.1.5

I am running MacOS X 10.2.8

Anyone else see this?
Any thoughts?

Thanks, I found that - however, my problem is with Hotmail, not exchange,
and it works fine on another machine, with the same version # of office.
Does anyone else have any ideas? Msft? I tried deleting and recreating the
account, deleting the account and then doing an advanced rebuild? I cannot
even get a fiolder list - it as if the account has the setting for an
incorrect mail server.

I am encountering similar problem. I'm working with OS9.2 and I can retrieve
folderlist and receive email, however, sending mail fails because of http
error. Any advise?
