3rd party macro loads itself continuosly every logon?

We run word as our email editor, and have a 3rd party macro that is in word,
to register word documents, straight from word, to document management
software. (Dataworks, made by ADI). The problem is, everytime the user
starts word or email, there is one of these macro's there.. the next day,
another one, and it keeps adding one macro each day. It is not organisation
wide, but is on select users, with most people now experiencing the problem.
I have tried to "read-only" the normal.dot, thinking that the macro was
changing and saving itslef into it, and re-loading every time the template
got re-opened.

Any help would be fantastic!

I think you'll have to contact the macro suppliers and ask them to fix it.

I will try this, and if it resolves my issue, i will associate the points..
but i was hopeing for a bit more of a discription into why word/outlook does
what it does..
