4363 error

I have used entourage for years with few problems. Now I can't send or
receive, can anyone shed some light on this? I use Earthlink cable if that
helps.

4363 "Unknown Error"

If you get error 4363 on a transmission attempt, and you have one or more
attachments, try deleting and re-attaching the file or files.

I find it perplexing that MS can assign an error number to an "unknown"
error. SOMETHING triggered the error at a specific point in the code where
Entourage was trying to do something. What was Entourage trying to do when
the error occurred? It apparently means that whatever Entourage was trying
to do caused the error--why not actually say so?

OK off topic, but aggravating nonetheless.
