4digit numbers rolling using "SUM"

I am currently trying to make a electric utility DB. I have most of i
set up, but I've come to a brick wall with the 4 numbers rolling fro
9999 back to 0000.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to make 297 - 9901 becom
396. I'm sure most you might laugh at this, but the only way to lear
is to ask right ?

Any help ? I've learned the basics of the "IF" command at least.
Although drop boxs still baffle me sadly.

Any help would be great thanks.

I came up with a workaround close to this, but I couldn't figure out ho
to do the +10,000 without using anohter cell. Thanks so much for th
help.

It's nice that there are people that will help others out. Now I nee
to figure out my last IF statement, but I think I'll be coming bac
here for more help LOL.
