'550 relaying mail ' error w/delivery receipt

When replying to an email sender's delivery receipt
request,I get the following error message on only one
computer in a LAN : "The message could not be sent because
one of the recipients was rejected by the server. Server
response;'550 relaying mail to ****.net is not allowed.
(Account (verizon address), SMTP server (verizon
address),error number Ox800ccc79)." (The **** is the
domain name.) Regular email messages are sent and received
without a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
