554 Relay Operation Failed

Can anybody help in fixing this prob in microst
outlook.the error message is 554 relay opeartion failed.

You cannot use a mail server other than the one on which you are logged on
for sending mail. Set your authentication on the Server tab of your account
properties to use authentication, or contact your ISP and ask them.
