60 day trial should work!

I downloaded the 60 day trial and cant use anything in the programs. It
deleated my old word so now what am I suposed to do with this worthlees junk?
Microsoft you need to make your trials functional. all I needed to do is
write a stupid newsletter. I was going to buy it this week but how do I know
that that will work?JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The trial is functional; unfortunately, the same cannot be said for some of
the people trying to use them!
