97 viewer or 2003 ?

Using the 97 Viewer, my presentation doesn't show the neat transition
and custom actions.
I have now downloaded and installed the 2003 Viewer and uninstalled th
97 Viewer, but now PAck and Go doesn't recognise the new viewer. Ca
someone tell me if I am on the right track here? I want to copy m
presentation to CD and allow people to view the presentation as i
plays on my own pc.
