A challenge for an Office guru - I need help

I am preparing to rollout an updated (slipstreamed) copy of Office
2000 to my 6000 client computers via GPO. In order to keep from
reconfiguring email settings for all of my users, I have been able to
use the Office Custom Installation Wizard to help me generate
transform (mst) files to control some of the behavior of Office, but
I've run into a problem.
I need to be able to control which address lists are present and which
order they appear in. I've not been able to find a setting in the
Office Custom Installation Wizard to control this. I've worked with
newprof, modprof and profgen, among others, to try and control the
address lists with no success.
I've started working with ORCA to generate transform files, and it
seems to be much more flexible. Can anyone tell me 1)where the
address list settings are stored in the MS Office data1.msi file? or
2)What can be added in which table of the transform file to control
it? I would appreciate any advice that anyone can give me. Thanks!

AFAIK, that can't be changed with a .prf file. I believe the folks at
http://www.autoprof.com have cracked the method with their tools; possibly
other Outlook profile tools have as well.
