1.) I have users set up in folder list view. Is there a
way that everytime a user open's Outlook the folder list
opens in expanded view so it shows all the subfolders too?
2.) I changed over from an ISP handling our Email to
setting up an Exchange 2003 server but now users find
when they start typing in a username in the To: box the
name doesn't automatically appear. Is there something I
need to look into in Exchange to have this function
work? I am using Outlook 2002 and have already checked
off Automatic name checking. Help!
