A Date & Time Stamp in Outlook's Contact Notes Field!

I know there's code and custom forms to be able to do this...but honestly!
I've been requesting such a simple feature since Outlook 97! What's the
problem Microsoft? How can you call Outlook a contact manager w/o such a
simple feature?

What date and time do you want, when you created the contact, when you
updated it, when you last accessed it?
