A minor issue/annoyance

My somewhat late transfer from Office X to Office 2004 has gone quite
smoothly, however, one thing keeps annoying me. In Office X apple-, opened
up the assign categories selection, in Office 2004 it opens up the
preferences window. As far as I can see there is no longer a key combination
opening the assign categories selection (which I do a lot, whereas I only
rarely open the preferences, does anyone open it so regularly that it needs
a key combination?). Anyway, is there a simple way to assign a key
combination to the assign categories selection?

It's now Cmd (Apple)+;

Search for "Entourage keyboard shortcuts" in Entourage's help, and you
should see a list of all the available shortcuts, in case other ones have
been changed as well.
