I've just started receiving this message whenever I attempt to create an email. I'm receiving the same message as those listed below. I've noted the responses indicating this is due to a security fix. However, in my case, once I click "no" and proceed back to my inbox (screen), Outlook appears to be frozen (and I shut it down using the task manager). Any fix for this?

What addins do you have installed? One of them is the cause and the fix
is either disable it, upgrade it, or click Yes.
