A required installation file CR561401.CAB could not be found

O.S. Windows XP Professional
Office 2003 Professional

I am trying to install Microsoft Office 2003 Professional.
I had it instaleld without any problems but my hard drive
crashed and I had to replace it. When I tried to reinstall
I got the error message below. I have browsed the CD, and
the Cab file IS there. Also tried copying the install CD
to the hard drive and get the same results. Any ideas ?

Installation Error: File not Found
A required installation file CR561401.CAB could not be found

Original Installation Source Required:
If you installed Microsoft Office 2003 Professional from a
CD, please insert your CD. If Microsoft Office 2003
Professional over your computer network, please browse to
the installation source on your network. Once you have
located your installation source click OK.

Still havign this same problem. Makes NO difference if I
copy the entire CD to the hard drive and run from there.
The CAB file IS on the CD and IS where it should be. Any
ideas please ?

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this problem ?
Office 2003 wasn't cheap and its useless to me right now.
