A restriction must be specified in the IDQ file fpadmdll.dll ???

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know what this means? The project server dosnt
create new subwebs any more. I can access the old sub webs
and the documents but we cant create new subwebs manually
and they don’t get created automatically any more. When I
go to Microsoft SharePoint Administrator, it wont open the
page and I get this error:

A restriction must be specified in the IDQ file
fpadmdll.dll

I have run PSCOM+ and PROXYCFG a few time but still not
working. When I try to create subwebs manually I get:

Subweb does not seem to exist.

Please help me before I kill myself.

This is just a thought;

It looks like Frontpage Server Extensions are in play since that is the
library that the Frontpage Admin utility uses in IIS to administer Server
Extensions.......

Are the extensions installed on the server?

Thanks for the reply, but no the Front Page Extensions are
not installed. Im really confused.
