A scanned image into a template

Hi guys,

I scanned an image and I want to make it into a template but when I open
the template it is blank. The system will not save the information. Any
suggestions?

It sounds like perhaps you need to re-read the manual/Help file that came
with your scanner. Just a gentle suggestion.
