A Single Corrupt Email - How Do I Delete It?

I can receive emails and navigate the main Outlook frame, however when I
click-on the Inbox my cursor is stuck on a corrupt spammed email which
freezes Outlook.

I can not delete the email because Outlook freezes immediately.

How do I delete the email or workaround the problem?

Have you tried turning off your preview pane before you click on the inbox?
If not, turn it off (View>Reading Pane>Off) along with View>AutoPreview (make
sure it is off). Then go in and select Inbox and offending message and delete
it.
