Is there a workbook to use while training on the MicroSoft 2003 programs?
I've always found that doing and learning at the same time helps me undestand
better than just listening.

There are plenty of books out there to learn Office Products. Go to a
bookstore or online and search away. There are also online tutorial on the
microsoft website and in other places. You could also take a class and use
the documentation they provide you.

This is not really a valid Microsoft suggestion.
