Abnormal termination, Runtime error

I use Lotus 123 (spreadsheet like Excel) and if Outlook is running at the
time, Outlook crashes with a "RUNTIME ERROR", AbnormalProgram termination.

it Always happens.

Lotus never got affeceted but OUTLOOK, crashes....

any ideas on how to fix the problem
