newsgroups, you'll find many folks posting questions. It's a
peer-support network, so feel free to answer any questions that you
can help with.

It's fully volunteer (even the Microsoft employees who post here do so
on their own time) but the rewards of knowing you've helped someone
make it worthwhile.
