Access 2K-subform is blank

Hi
Converting db from Access 97 to Access 2K - the test
version when opened from a different pc shows blank
(white) subform for one of the three tabbed subforms. The
others are fine.
The form has a module and it is included in the database.
It uses same module as other subforms that are runnning
okay.
I compacted the database to no avail.
Does anyone have a solution?
