Access Database populating Microsoft Word Form Letter

We have a need to populate a Microsoft Access 2003.mdb
with data, then based on query results, create output to
pre-formatted Microsoft Word form letters as a template.
We want to be able to populate key fields on the form
letter with data from the query results being run from
Acess, but also be able to modify the completed letter if
needed, then save the modified version of the output to a
saved xxx.doc file for future reference as well as be able
to print this form letter as a report. My Access/Word
skills are limited, and would like to make this the
easiest to maintain for future programmers. All help and
knowledge assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
