Access Denied For Language Bar Items on XP Guest Account Start

When logging into my XP guest account, I recieve 3 Access Denied Errors (with
no additional information). I believe that they are related to the Office
2003 Language Bar since it flashes each time just before the error warnings
appear and several functions do not work (Japanese IME for instance).

I was hoping somebody had a clue to the cause and was will to share it.

Hi, I just noticed your question. Sometimes people do not have the same
experiences happen so some people might not get to reply to each question.

Can I ask, is your system on a network with a domain and everyone logging
into the domain on a normal basis? Or is this a home/small office setup?

When you receive the error what program are you using to try and type
information into? For example does it occur when you try to use Word or
Outlook Express?
