Access Email Online

Not really sure if this is possible or not....I've been trying to figure out
how to access my email online. I know that my mail will go through my
Web-mail via my Internet Provider, but is there a way I can access my mail
from another computer....example, when I'm traveling for business I'd like
to be able to see what mail I have received in my Inbox....?

Entourage 11.2.2
Mac OSX 10.3.9

Hi Phillip!

I don't quite understand what you're after. If you're able to access
your ISP's webmail site and view your mail there, isn't that accessing
it online? Webmail is meant as a solution for being able to access your
email from any machine with Internet capabilities.

When I receive an email it will only stay in the ISP's Web-mail for only a
minute or so....then it is transferred to my Entourage Inbox on my computer.

I guess there must be some option or preferences on my ISP's Web-mail so
that the Web-mail will keep a "copy" of all mail... but still send it to my
computer.

There is an option in the ISP's Web-mail that is called External Mail
"Add/Edit POP Server". I'm guessing that is where I need to start..?

Thx Phil

Tools > Accounts > (Your Account) > Options > Leave a copy of each message
on the server.

You can set Entourage to delete the messages on the server once you delete
them in Entourage, or to leave them there for a certain number of days.
