Access my saved forms faster

Hi all -

I create and use many "forms"
Or as I prefer template e-mail

I need to send the same e-mail weekly or monthly or to different DM's
with separate attachments
Currently it takes too long to access the form

I have to click
1.) New (down arrow)
2.) Choose form....
3.) Look in...
4.) Select "User templates in File System"
5.) Select the correct tmplt to use (I have about 20 or so)

Is there a way to make this a folder in my folder pane so that I can
access my forms much faster?
