Access OE Mail Account on the road through AOL dial-up/Mac PowerBook

I'm moving, and I'd like to access my OE 5 mail while my Mac is in a box, using an iBook with my wife's AOL dial-up account (I have an AOL mailbox too) I've been using Cox Digital Cable for my ISP and will leave the account open 'til I get settled. Can I access my Cox Cable mail account through another ISP, namely AOL?

yes, you should be able to access the mail - sending might be an issue,
since you are accessing the account fromoutside the network.

create the account using the same acct information you use now.
