Hey,
I'm experiencing a difficult problem. I automatically display WMF files
based on query data in a report. When I preview the report everything looks
fine, but when it is printed the colors turn to greyscale.
In an almost identical report this does not happen. Furthermore this problem
seems independent from the version of Access (2k, XP or 2k3) which where all
tested.
Furthermore the database is in access 2000 format, but changing this to
xp/2003 format does not resolve the issue.
Even worse is the fact that only some computers/users experience this
problem. The printer which is used is a HPclj8500 postscript printer. (driver
of which is used to make printfiles.)
can anyone give me any pointers?
