Access to e-mail addresses in Outlool

N

Nigel Simmons

Every time I log on to access my e-mail, I get the
following box:

A Program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
in Outlook
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No"
I then get the option to allow access for 1, 2, 5 or ten
minutes + No + Help
If I tick no, the box disappears and rthen almost
immediately re-appears (and keeps doing so)
I have allowed access for two minutes, but it then re-
appears again!

Can anyone help me to get rid of this annoying
interruption?
Many thanks
Nigel Simmons

This occurs if you have a program installed trying to access outlook.

Do you have a palm or pocket pc device? It could be trying to sync with
Outlook.

This can also occur if you have a worm virus which would be trying to access
your address book or inbox.
