Access to mulitple Mailboxes but cant open the contact list

i have my mailbox, but also have access to tech supports mailbox

if i create a distribution list in the tech support mailbox, populate it,
but then go to send an email to that distribution list through my mailbox, i
do not get the option to open tech support contacts, which is were the
distribution list resides.

i know i am missing something simple here, right?

If you right-click the Tech Support contacts folder, choose Properties,
select the Outlook Address Book tab, is the box labeled "Show this folder as
an e-mail Address Book" checked?

I am trying this today and I see the option for my contacts, and another
public folder contacts but not for the contacts of the mailbox I am trying to
use.

The Outlook Address Book tab doesn't appear on this mailbox for some reason??

I have "Owner" permissions for the mailbox.

It won't appear on the Mailbox. You have to look at the properties of the
contacts folder itself.
