Access to my calendar etc from another computer on my network

I have a 17" Powerbook and 12"iBook running over Airport Extreme, both
machines running Tiger.

The Powerbook is the main computer I use, however if I wanted to give
others access to my Entourage, and the ability to add and update things
such as Calendar items, Address Book, etc, how do I do this? There is
an Office installation on the iBook, so the other users do have
Entourage acccess for their own use, but I also want them to be able to
access my Entourage.

Thank you.

If you have Entourage 2004 installed on both machines, you could set up a
project on your PowerBook, share it, and then subscribe to it on the other
computer. Check Entourage Help for "About sharing projects" for more
information.

Can this be done remotely as well as on the same LAN?
in order to be able to do anything remotely, the conputers have to be
able to remotely access the local network.

Depending on how your LAN is setup, it could be more or less easy. I
access mine through VPN for work or over ssh for home. It really depends
on how your network is setup.

To simplify - project sharing will work if both computers can mount the
volume where the project is shared - this can be an idisk or other webdav
share out on the internet.
