I have a Database that I converted to 2003 from 97 and now when a new record
is added the subform displays the data from the most resent existing record
as soon as the first piece of data is entered on the details section of the
main form. The subform is on the footer and needs to be there, however if I
move it to the details section if correctly displays no informatin as none
would be available on first entry of a new record. the subform is bound to a
crosstab query andif I create a new for with that subform in the footer the
problem comes along, however I tried to create the same problem in a new
database and was not able to. Whith that I copied the controls on the
subform and created a new form to make the subform and referenced the same
query and the problem continued.
As a second note I displayed the master on the details section and footer
section and the child ID on the subform and they do not match, how can I fix
this?
