Hi
I want to produce a database that combines weekly accounts of pupils
behaviour.
The database is made up of tables that represent weekly accounts which
consist of fields one of which is a Yes/No field which keeps track of wether
a pupil has behaved well or not, a tick meaning poor behaviour.
I need to produce a query showing all of the puplis that have behaved well
(no tick).
The query is to span the whole year and my problem is that in one week a
pupil may have behaved poorly ( a tick) and another week they may have baved
well ( no tick).
How do I combine the tables or link them, without creating duplicates.
